All I can say is WOW! Nicole listed the property on March 18, opened escrow on March 22 and we picked up our check from the proceeds of the sale on April 10. Nicole got us ten thousand dollars more than our original asking price, and kept us constantly in the loop. I can not recommend her enough! She was wonderful.
